Vito J. Coletto, President & CEO, established ALTERNATIVE ENERGY Consultants, LLC in January 2013. Prior to establishing ALTERNATIVE ENERGY Consultants LLC, Vito has specified and sold multi-megawatt turnkey solutions with fuel cell and microturbine based power plants to high-profile, industry leading companies including Adventist Health (St. Helena Hospital), Windham Community Hospital, Glenborough Corporate Office Building - San Mateo, 123 Townsend St. Historic Building - San Francisco, Alpha Technologies, CenturyLink, Cox Communications, Roche Molecular Diagnostics, San Diego Gas & Electric, and Union Pacific Railroad.

ALTERNATIVE ENERGY Consultants, LLC was established to leverage the 30 + years engineering and system sales experience to help end-users or OEMs take the mystery out of the evaluation of the various fuel cell/microturbine technologies, fuel cell/microturbine suppliers, and the fuel cell/microturbine financial value propositions. 

Vito firmly believes that fuel cell technology will have the same impact over time as the invention of the transistor in the 1950’s.  Just as the transistor has revolutionized the electronics industry in the 20th century, fuel cells will also revolutionize how we will power everything in our lives, from portable electronics & automobiles, to residential, commercial, & industrial facilities in the 21st century.

Vito understands that each alternative energy solution must be tailored to the specific needs/requirements of each client.  No two energy solutions will look alike.
